We are a Full Service property management company. We handle everything from finding a tenant for your home, collecting rents, coordinating maintenance and repair to processing Evictions when needed. We cover most areas in Las Vegas. We have a great experienced and knowledgeable staff to manage your investment.

Management of Long-Term Unfurnished Rentals:

To get started there is a one-time $300 initial start up fee for us to begin managing your investment. Once your home is rented the Management fee is 10% of the Monthly Rental Income. Every month you will receive monthly statements and your portions of the rent collected minus our management fee. So you just sit back and let us do the work for you.
