Southwest Management Group was established in 1989 and management has always been our only business. Our agents devote full time to protecting your investment.

The owner/broker of Southwest Management Group, Alta Baker, has earned both Accredited Residential Manager and the Certified Property Manager designations from the prestigious Institute of Real Estate Management. The owner and all agents possess both a real estate license and a property management permit as required by Nevada law.
